Outlook will not start |

| When trying to
start Outlook 2003, there is a message that the program needs to be
repaired. An option is then available for the user to perform the
repair. Information Title http://helpdesk.bizztech.com.au/outlookfix.regUpon completion, Outlook still doesn't start. In the error there is reference to perfmon.dll The reason is unknown, but there is a workaround. A registry key must be modified. Excecute the following registry change: http://helpdesk.bizztech.com.au/outlookfix.reg Accept the prompts to RUN this file. Restart Outlook, no need toi start in safe mode. The error is know to occur twice, at diffent times and days. Google Search |
